We offer free shipping on all sample orders within the continental U.S. Samples are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. If you change your mind, undamaged samples may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your samples arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll send replacements at no charge. Please note that natural variations in wood, fabric, and metal may cause slight differences between samples and final products. For best results, we recommend viewing samples in the actual space and lighting where your cabinets will be installed.

We make every effort to ensure that stain, fabric, and metal samples accurately represent our available finishes. However, due to natural material variations, lighting conditions, and monitor settings, actual colors and textures may vary slightly. Samples are provided to help you make informed design decisions and should be reviewed in person before finalizing a cabinet order.

Full cabinet orders are subject to separate terms and conditions, including lead times, deposits, and approvals. Sample purchases do not guarantee product availability or lock in pricing for future cabinet orders.
